EyeAppoint, LLC along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities (referred to as “EyeAppoint,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operates as a service provider offering office management, communication, and marketing software applications and products. Our services are designed to assist Clients in managing their business operations and facilitating interactions with their customers. The Service encompasses various features such as appointment reminders, appointment scheduling, payment notifications, and other tools for Customer management and analytics.

Definitions

  • Client – A business that has an agreement with EyeAppoint for a product or service and includes authorized end users of that entity.
  • Client Data – Information about Client and their authorized end users, customers, and business.
  • Customer – A consumer that is engaging in business with an EyeAppoint Client and is utilizing software, products, or services that EyeAppoint provides to the Client.
  • Service – EyeAppoint software applications, marketing products, and billing services in which a client has an order for as outlined in their Order Form.

Privacy for Clients & Customers

  1. Information We Collect

    • Client Provided Information: While interacting with the service we require our clients to provide client data to provide the features and functionalities available through the Service. This information may include:
      • Applicable personal and business information and payment information including but not limited to name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and debit or credit card number and its associated contact information.
      • Information about authorized users including but not limited to name, email address, password, physical address, and phone number.
      • Information about customers including but not limited to name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, birthdate, household and relationship information, appointment details, insurance details, and account status.
      • Information sent through the Service, such as the content of client texts, emails, and voice calls.
      • Information about payment transactions customers initiate through the Service. EyeAppoint does not store credit, debit, or bank account information for customers.
      • Information provided during customer support or communication with us in any other way that we need to provide a resolution to Client questions.
    • Use of Service Information: We collect information about how the Client uses the Service, such as the dates and times the client accesses the Service, the features of the Service the client uses, and how the client accesses the Service. We also collect information about the Service’s performance.

    • Third Party Provided Information: Client may choose to use features of the Service provided by third parties or partners of EyeAppoint. These third parties may share information with the Company such as information about Client usage and transactions made through the Service. We may obtain information about the client from third parties, such as public databases, social media platforms, and third-party data providers.
  2. Use of Information

    • Personal Information is used to provide the Service to the Client, except with your prior written consent or as otherwise expressly permitted in our Agreements with you. We may use the Personal Information we collect or receive through the Service to enable the Clients’ use of the integrations and plugins you choose to connect to the Service. Generally, we use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide to the client the features and functionality of the Service, including to:
      • Develop, operate, maintain, and protect the Service.
      • Develop new products and services.
      • Send communications to Client.
      • Monitor and analyze usage.
      • Enhance the security of the Service.
      • Verify your identity and prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.
      • Enforce our Agreements and other usage policies.
      • Comply with legal requirements and respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
      • Bill and collect charges owed to the company by client for delivery of the Service.
  3. Opt-Out Choices

    • The Service offered by EyeAppoint enables the Client to communicate with their Customers via email, text, and voice calls. Clients are responsible for sending these messages, and we do not dictate when, how, or to whom the messages are sent. If customers have received emails or text messages from a Client through our Service, you have the option to stop receiving them at any time. Simply click the “unsubscribe” link in emails or reply with “STOP” to text messages. Additional opt-out and subscription preferences may also be available. If customers have inquiries about communications received via the Service or want to opt-out, please contact the Client who initiated the communication.

    • We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  3. Children’s Privacy

    • EyeAppoint Service is intended to be used by adults. Our Services are not knowingly directed at individuals under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.   4. Data Retention

    • EyeAppoint will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any contractual, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. After the expiration of the applicable retention periods, Customer Personal Information will be deleted. If there is any Personal Information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further use of such Personal Information. Notwithstanding the above, Client Data is retained, stored, and deleted according to our agreements with our Clients.
